Grown in the rolling landscapes of Paraná and São Paulo, this coffee is produced by Fazenda Santa Barbara, São Francisco, and Santo Antonio. Carefully cultivated at elevations between 750 and 1,050 meters, the combination of Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties creates an elegant, smooth cup with comforting notes of cocoa and a refined sweetness.
Rich volcanic loam soils and Brazil’s favorable climate provide ideal growing conditions, while the pulped natural process and traditional sun-drying method enhance body, sweetness, and complexity. The result is a coffee that is approachable yet memorable—crafted to be savored one cup at a time.
